Started the morning with a really simple yoga practise. Trying to begin the day with ease and getting into my own body. It's been a while so I felt every creak and strain on my joints and muscles. This is part of my practise to be softer with myself. Spending most of the day alone can be really difficult and it's easy to think mean-spirited thoughts out of worry. This will never be helpful in my journey, so I'm only speaking kindly. Be soft, be tender.
